UNICO CNC, Protek is a working center CNC for Nesting, particularly indicated for the production in mass of little pieces and panels in the advertising sector. A extremely simple machine studied in order to guarantee discreet performances and minimums investments.
The machine is equipped with a console integrated in the design of the machine, with a PC on top. The Numerical control “Black Box” type, and all the electronics are placed inside the electrical switchboard in the frame of the machine. Very useful system for the management of the machine and the programs to execute.
The principal constructive system of Unico is made in carpentry with structural steels. The basement holds the working table, linear tool change, the transmission of the axis “Y” and vacuum system. The vacuum pumps are installed separately. The portal brings on board the axis “X” “Z” and the aspiration kit, forming a closed structure with transmission Gantry that gives high rigidity

Tool-Change with CNC 6 plane set placed on the rear side of the machine, with the possibility of double the storage capacity till 12 positions.
Projected by Protek, it is a useful Kit where a continuous tools change is required and also if you need a control on tools’ breaking. It is programmable by Part Program, it presets the tool height and it can preview the tool breaking. Its RIPEATABILITY is about 0,01 mm; it is assembled near the tool change to reduce idle time
The blocking system uses a vacuum system whose installation in completely integrated in the frame of the machine. It will be equipped with a reticulated vacuum top made of Bakelite with a special machining for vacuum distribution and able to fit with transpiration tops. Very practical system for a facility of load, cleaning and unloading of the machine.
