 Il The working mini-centre Pocket 732 is particularly adapted for this fields: jewellery, artistic, mechanics, gift and fancy goods, advertising, electronics, R & D, fashion accessories etc…
The applications it prefers are: modelling, engraving, prototypes, mass production of small particulars.

MATERIALS

The materials it can work are: Aluminium, Steel, Brass, Copper, Graphite and composites. It is equipped with a minimal lubrication system. It is preset to the forced lubrication for the Gold production.

STRUCTURAL TECHNIQUE

It has an upright configuration where the movements are given to the tool. Components have been projected with the most particular CAD System and analyzed with the software for the control of the buckling (FEM). The structure is realized in electro-welded Steel, stiffed, thermically stabilized and worked. Everything has been stiffed to support strong solicitations. Axis “X” includes the upright with extended arms in order to keep the system rigid in case of maximum extension of axis Y and Z. A particular characteristic of Pocket is that the piece-holder surface can be removed allowing working processes at different “Z” high. It is placed on top of a structure which height could be varied according to specific needs. This is necessary when 4th axis or 4th and 5th axes are required. The CNC (computerized numerical control) FANUC with ISO Standard programming completely solves the problem of any specific sector of employment. As option POCKET 732 can be equipped with optic lines and aspiration table for graphite, etc .

NUMERIC CONTROL

Machine is equipped with CNC FANUC 0i series.

ELECTRO SPINDLE

The available power is 4 Kw 40.000 rpm with liquid cooling and HSK 25 ER 16 connection.

CONTROL PULPIT

It has an articulated arm situated on board machine; according to the control and machine processes control it results very efficient

KIT VACUUM

POCKET has, in addiction to the standard top with Tee slots, a lot of technology vacuum kits; with these kits it results adaptable to the most diversified demands for the piece seal, with mesh-fences, trasuding rubbers and particular vices.

LOCKING SYSTEM

The machine is equipped with an apposite steel top normalized with Tee slots or with threaded holes.

TOOLS CHANGE

It is automatic and it has 12 places; inside, it contains the presetting for the height tool.

ACCESSORIES

Machine can be equipped with different accessories according to production needs. Most important ones are : lubro-refrigeration system, fluid collecting tank, aspiration system, loading system, etc.

4th and 5th AXIS WITH BALANCING TABLE

The rolling table is an important element of our technology. It allows us to equip all the Working Centres with a 4° and 5° axis with an economic and ergonomic control thanks to its compact dimensions. Particularly efficient is its precision. Its sizes are different according to the material that is going to be worked. The balancing table comes from the need of fashion accessories and small mechanical details and has solved the problems tied to all those multiple components gained from flat sheet, where the working process interests both the faces with only one positioning. This kit has completely cancelled the disadvantages of the old system of working: finished pieces worked by two or more machines, following working phases with single positioning of the piece, difficulty of centring the working of the second side of the sheet respect to the one already worked, manual centring of the piece with lost of time, uncertainty in the obtainable precisions, elevated waste as a results of badly working process.
