Materials and divisions

The Working Centre FRESAT is particularly indicated for processing plates and panelling of big dimension in fields like: publicity, aeronautics, naval, building, and all those fields where is required a good construction quality, reasonable performances, easy use, reduced dimension, and good quality price.

Numeric control

The machine is equipped of a console integrated to the design of the machine, with a PC to edge. The Numerical control of type “Black Box” and all the electronics are placed in the switchboard obtained in the frame of the machine. Very useful system for the management of the machine and the programs to execute.

manufacturing system

The Basement and the Portal are completely made of structural Steel tubular, the broadsides are made of electro welded and normalized carpentry at 850°, the whole is planned and stiffened to support strong solicitations during the milling phase. The Base accommodates the working table, the vacumm system with the annexed pumps, the tool change and the transmission of the axis “Y”. The portal constructed in only element brings to edge the axis “X” “Z” and the aspiration. All this formes a closed portal with Gantry transmission that is synonymous of rigidity

Electrospindle

Electro-Spindle ISO30 4,6 kW with Ceramic Bearings with lock/unlock push button manual tool holder;Speed Electro spindle 0-24.000 rounds/min;Air cooling with Fan.

Tool changing

Tool-Change with CNC 11 plane set placed on the rear side of the machine.

Tool Presetting

Projected by Protek, it is a useful Kit where a continuous tools change is required and also if you need a control on tools’ breaking. It is programmable by Part Program, it presets the tool height and it can preview the tool breaking. Its RIPEATABILITY is about 0,01 mm; it is assembled near the tool change to reduce idle time.

Locking system

The blocking system uses a vacuum system whose installation in completely integrated in the frame of the machine. It will be equipped with a reticulated vacuum top made of Bakelite with a special machining for vacuum distribution and able to fit with transpiration tops. Very practical system for a facility of load, cleaning and unloading of the machine.
