On the push of the demands of market maintaining those that are our qualitative standards, we have conceived the economic machine of Promak. EasyTop is a Working Center born and particularly suitable for the production in series of plates and panellings of great dimensions in the sectors as Publicity, Aeronautics, Naval, Housebuilding, and in the sectors in which for a good productive qualities are asked, good performances, simplicity in the management of the software and the hardware with small dimensions and an economic investment.

Materials

Proposing itself in alternative to the Compact Model is surely proper for the machining of materials from the Aluminum, to the Resins, Plasticses, Woods, Rubbers and Composite.

Structural technique

The base frame and the gantry are realized in structural electro welded carpentry all stiffened to to bear strong solicitations. The possibility of work area goes in "X" from 1500 to 2050 mms, while in "Y" from 2050 to 4050 mms, this thanks to a particular modularity of the project. The movements of axis X-Y are at pinion-rack of precision, while Z is with ballscrews at re-rotation of sphere with pre-charged leadnut All the Axis are connected to the motors, in axle, through gear. Y-y axis is a gantry system, while X and Z have a single motor. All the axes are moved by Brushless engines at digital management Sincos with Encoder in axis, where the parameters of the CN are elaborated directly by the drives, with consequent increasing of milling precision .

Electro spindles

EASY TOP working can fit electro spindles from 2,2 to 5,5 Kw up to 24.000 rpm. Standard supply include san electro spindle 2,2 Kw 18.000 rpm with manual tool changing, tool pliers insertion.

Numeric control

All Easy Top working centers are equipped with Numeric Control OSAI 110 Black Box with Personal Computer Interface.

Change tools

This Working Center is equipped with a planar tool changing system which could have 10 or 20 positions according to the division where the machine is used. The tool changing system is external, completely visible and endowed with protection against the machining shavings .

Control pulpit

The ergonomic control command desk, integrated with the whole Working Centre, can be moved on both sides of the machine leaving the operation spaces free. Complete of all services and program keys, our keys have a CN for the control and management of the machine. As optional it is possible to have a Pc for Cad Cam programming.

Automatic and Analogic presetting

Projected by Promak, it is a useful Kit where a continuous tools change is required and also if you need a control on tools’ breaking It is programmable by Part Program it presets the tool height and it can preview the tool breaking.Its RIPEATABILITY is about 0,01 mm; it is assembled near the tool change to reduce idle time.

Aspiration group

On demand is available an aspiration group realized for a good cleaning during the working phase, the aspiration group is particularly indicated to take away heavy chips like the Aluminium ones. The aspiration force is given from a fan at high prevalence complete of filter and optical window for the filling control. Easy Top is equipped on its head with a Carter for the protection of the electro spindle including an automatic system for the aspiration opening.

Locking system

It is managed by a vacuum process fed by powerful pumps protected by fairings that mitigate noises. Promak in collaboration with some of its customers developed vacuum blocking systems for different material and shapes. Some examples: blocking of the expanded rubber, sealing of a panel through vacuum oozing, blocking of the drawing profile. An immense range of optional kit can be useful for specific requirements.

Strong Points

Conceived as economic evolution of the model Compact, the Center of Job EASY TOP is born from the experience Promak, with more contained powers and less elevated precisions, but with a good relationship quality / price due to the advantageous economy of investment. The strong points reside in the good performances on the great dimensions machining, in the good accessibility to the working top, in the facility of use of the machine and in the systems of locking of the piece. The range of working tops available confer it a notable flexibility in locking a great variety of materials characterized by alternative machining processes. The studies have brought us to subsequently improve this model reducing to the minimum the dimensions without however to reduce the dimensions of the workable panels. It has been designed to be easily moved from one place to anothers.
