Concept is a working centre ideal to produce mechanical particulars. We propose it in alternative to the processing new conceptions and to the standard working centres. The fields in where it can be used are: Mechanics, Automotive, Aviation, Building trade, Art, Advertising, Package, Electronics, etc…

MATERIALS

The materials it can work are: Aluminium, Light alloys, Resins, Plastics, Wood, Rubber, as compacts, composites, stratified, laminated and expanded.

NUMERIC CONTROL

All the Concept working Centres are equipped with Digital Numeric Control and with a PC for the CAD-CAM on board. The Numeric Controls chosen, are all strictly standard ISO with the possibility to work on “High speed”.

STRUCTURAL TECHNIQUE

This model has the basement and the portal realized with structural steel in electro-welded carpentry and normalized, everything is stiffened in the main points to support strong stresses. For the X axle, the work area possibilities are from 1500 to 2500 mm, while for the Y axle from 3000 to 12000 mm, it is due to a particular modular structure of the plan. All the machine movements are guaranteed by high section rails with 4 rolling recirculation system guideways. X and Y axles are moved by a pinion-rack system, while the Z axle by a rolling recirculation system screw with a preloaded lead nut. The motors have Brushless rare earths technology. The transmission components of the machine are lubricated: the racks are lubricated by a gear case managed by the NC automatically, while the rolling recirculation guides and the screws are “Long life” auto-lubricated.

STRONG POINTS

It is the evolution of our F3A model, it has been improved in some groups that compose it. Its objective are those new markets that work the most heavy productions, requiring more rigidity, powerful and precision. It shows its strong points during the large dimensions productions, with elevated speed executions, with its locking systems and the considerable interpolation precision. The stratified tops systems give it a good flexibility to  block a large variety of materials characterized by alternative working processes. The experience let us to improve this model with reduced overall dimensions in comparison to the working dimensions. Also for this model there is the possibility of particular configurations also for this working centre, to satisfy the most demanding customers.

ELECROSPINDLES

The new basement and the portal permit to manage on board more powerful electro spindles, optical lines with machine precision and dimensions on request. Its structure and rigidity permit to use electro spindles from 8 to 20 Kw with rigid tapping.

CONTROL PULPIT

The ergonomic control pulpit, integrated in the machine, can be moved on both the sides of the machine to let the operating spaces free. The pulpit has all the service controls and it contains a NC and PC to control and to program the machine.

4° AXLE

F3A machines could be provided with a 4° axle “C” that has particular needles created to work for lateral processes. The axle “C” can work to drill, to mill and to cut.

SUCTION GROUP

It is designed and implemented for a good cleaning during the working phase. It is also suitable for heavy shavings like those of the aluminium. The power suction has a high head fan with an anti-dust filter and an optical window to control the filling level. On the working head, Concept is equipped with a carter to protect the electro spindle that englobes the automatic system for the suction opening.

LOCKING SYSTEM

It works through a vacuum process fed by potent pumps protected by fairings that deadens the loud noise. Promak, in collaboration with some of its customers, has developed systems that lock pieces of various materials and shapes through vacuum. Moreover, you can satisfy your specific demands with a large range of Optional kits. Some examples: locking of the expanded rubber, blocking of a panel through the vacuum trasuding, locking of a drawing outline.

TOOLS CHANGE

All the Promak’s working centres can be furnished with a Planar type change tool on the back side or with a Rotary one on the head. The rotary type, from 6 to 10 positions, is extremely compact, speed and always ready to be used.If you need to use more tools, till a maximum of 25, we could couple this type with the planar one.
