Fields

Compact is a working centre that is born for the most contained investments and it is suitable for those clients that are less demanding in terms of rapidity and precision. The working centre Compact is particularly adapted to the mass production of large dimensions panels and plates in building, advertising, fashion accessories, mechanics and artistic fields and in those fields requiring a good structural typology, good performances, easy management, reduced overall dimensions and  economic investment.

Materials

The materials it can work are: Aluminium, Resins, Plastics, Wood, Rubber, as compacts, composites, stratified and expanded.

Structural technique

The base is completely made with structural tubular with edging plates. For the X axle, the work area possibilities are from 1500 to 2500 mm, while for the Y axle from 3000 to 12000 mm, it is due to a particular modular structure of the plan. All the machines movements are guaranteed by high section rails with 4 rolling recirculation system guideways. X Y axles are moved by a pinion-rack system, while the Z axle by a rolling recirculation system screw with a preloaded lead nut. The motors have Brushless rare earths technology. The transmission components of the machine are lubricated: the racks are lubricated by a gear case managed automatically by the NC, while the rolling recirculation guides and the screws are “Long life” auto-lubricated.

Electro spindles

The structure and the rigidity of F3A Compact allow to use electro spindles of 4 or 8 Kw till 40.000 rpm. The standard equipment foresees an electro spindle of 5,5 Kw 18.000 rpm.

Numeric control

All our machines are equipped with Digital OSAI 110 Numeric Control. You can request, as optional, 510 Win Media model with an Industrial Pc to make the programming.

Change tools

This working centre is furnished with a change tools; it is a planar type with 10 or 16 positions. It is possible to assemble two change tools, one on the front side of the machine and the other on the back, to arrive to a total change of 32 tools. We have chosen to rig this working centre with two change tools to have a speed and easy operative head that permits an easy access and use.

Control pulpit

The ergonomic control pulpit, integrated with the machine, can be moved on both the sides of the machine to let the operating spaces free. The pulpit has all the service controls and it contains a NC to control and to manage the machine; as optional, you can have a on board PC to program the Cad cam.

4° Axle

F3A machines could be provided with a 4° axle “C” that has particular small heads created to work for lateral processes. The axle “C” can work to drill, to mill and to cut.

Suction group

It is designed and implemented for a good cleaning during the working phase. It is also suitable for heavy shavings like those of the aluminium. The power suction has a high head fan with an anti-dust filter and an optical window to control the filling level. On the working head, Compact is equipped with a carter to protect the electro spindle that englobes the automatic system for the suction opening.

Locking system

It works through a vacuum process fed by potent pumps protected by fairings that deadens the loud noise. Promak, in collaboration with some of its customers, has developed systems that lock pieces of various materials and shapes through vacuum. Moreover, you can satisfy your specific demands with a large range of Optional kits. Some examples: locking of the expanded rubber, blocking of a panel through the vacuum trasuding, locking of a drawing outline.

STRONG POINTS

The F3A Compact working centre is born from the experience obtained by the F3A Concept model; it has more contained powerful and less elevated precisions, but a very good relation price/quality. It shows its strong points during the large dimensions productions, with elevated speed executions and with its locking systems. The available work top kit give it a very good flexibility to block a large variety of materials characterized by alternative working processes. Our studies let us to improve this model also with reduced overall dimensions, as the name suggests. Also for this working centre there is the possibility to have particular configurations to satisfy the most demanding customers.
